It was an absolute pleasure working with River Ranch for our Steak of the Arts fundraiser, the venue was a perfect fit for our Western Chic theme and the team there didn’t miss a beat! The ladies of River Ranch were fantastic all the way through the process, from the initial planning stages to rolling up their sleeves to pitch in with the day-of set up needs! "I have used many venues across the US and worked with many great catering/convention service teams. I have high expectations of service, my expectations were exceeded at every turn.  I called with  last minute request for space for a concert, I received an immediate call back. Nice start, just got better from there, it was a high profile event, security was needed, Julia came in on off time, without a word and showed him around.  I have a crazy schedule, no worries Julia came in Saturday for me to site the venue.  It was great that she made herself available, but what was so amazing was her attitude, she never for even a second acted as if my requests, questions, changes, off schedule needs were a bother, She gave suggestions when needed, and her advice was very appreciated because it was well thought out to make my event even better.  I was at the airport at 10pm, received an email from Julia telling me that it was raining, my event was t be outdoor the next day, she said that she would monitor weather and report in, which she did, when it continued raining, she made an indoor space perfect for 1,000 ppl!  The entire process from start to finish was like she was a sister or best friend, we were a team working toward common goal, the success of my event.  I could probably write a page just explaining how supported I felt by the entire River Ranch team the day of the event.  Julia was there of course, when more guests arrived than expected, she increased the order with ease. As amazing as it sounds I actually enjoyed my event.  I was not just the concert organizer, thanks only to Julia and the RR team, I actually felt I was a guest.  It was the most exceptional time, I owe an extreme debt of gratitude, to Julia for making it happen.  It would not have happened without her, I probably would have cancelled without her level headed, support."
